Frequently Asked Questions

I am an event and portrait photographer who lives in Rochester and most frequently photographs in the Twin Cities and Rochester area.

There are no travel fees for weddings/larger events (and engagement sessions included in your wedding collection) that are located in the Twin Cities metro area.  

I also offer portrait and commercial sessions in the Twin Cities and beyond, with a small travel fee starting from a 30 mile radius from my home in Rochester. 

Vibrant.  Classic.  Emotive.  I hope to tell a story by creating natural, beautiful, and emotional photographs by using a mixture of true life moments and classic portraiture.  While I believe the people and moments are the most important,  I still love beautiful details!  My goal is to create photos that are ultimately about the people and the moment, rather than an overpowering stylistic choice. With this, I hope your photos will be beautiful and modern today, while remaining classic and timeless.

I’m a pretty energetic, easy going person who loves to laugh and am a little quirky.  :)  The relationship I have with my clients is what encourages them to be relaxed in front of my camera, so I am able to capture natural smiles and genuine emotion.  I’ve always been a bit of a perfectionist and tend to obsess over good customer service – the experience people have while working with me is equally important to the photos we create.

Yes!  I like to keep things simple, and all of my collections include full-resolution images with license to reprint for personal use. 

For family and portrait sessions you will have your images within a couple weeks.
