I couldn’t have ended my wedding season with a better couple! Briana and Joe are pretty much the sweetest couple ever. Ceremony at Saint Bonaventure Catholic Church with reception at Turtle’s 1890 Social Centre.
A big thank you to my friend Cory with CT Ryan Photography for 2nd shooting for me this day!
The detail on Briana’s dress was so classic and beautiful.
High five to Cory (my 2nd shooter) for the coolest program shot ever! :)
I loved the stained glass in this church!
Turtle’s is such a cool place!
Artsy venue photo… cheers!
Thank you, Briana and Joe for inviting me to be a part of your wedding day!

I’m so excited to share Jen and Damon’s GORGEOUS Raddison Blu wedding, planned and styled by talented friend Julia LaCroix. This wedding was both stunning and relaxed where having a good time with friends and family was the focus of everything. My favorite type of day! Once again I had the privilege of working aside Brad with A.B. Rich Films – enjoy the wedding highlight video here.
Jen and Damon read notes to each other before the first look. :)
The lobby at the Raddison is so fun to photograph in!
Draping and uplighting created a visually dramatic backdrop for the ceremony.
Thank you to my amazing assistant for braving the traffic to get this shot! :)
The top-left is one of my favorite photos – Jen greeting her grandfather. SO SWEET.
The Raddison does lighting well – super modern and cool look!
I just cannot get over the details of the wedding! Chic and glam, which is what Julia excels at.

It’s about time I get back to blogging! What a whirlwind this last fall was. We welcomed baby #2 on August 17th and Rachel and Daniel were the best possible couple to welcome me back to photograph their big day, just 10 days post-pardum! :) A big thank you to my friends at Premier Planning Services for being such a wonderful support for me during pregnancy and post baby! Same to my friend Brad with A.B. Rich Films (see Rachel and Daniel’s wedding trailer here). Ceremony at Wooddale Church in Eden Prairie with reception at the Marriot in Minnetonka. Enjoy these photos of their beautiful wedding day!!
These black and white images are some of my favorites from the day – such sweet moments with Rachel and mom.
Below: first look with dad. :)
They had ‘UP’ themed details incorporated throughout the wedding day. What a cute way to do a first look!
I could photograph these two all day – they laugh easily and have a good time with everything.
I love seeing the faces of all of the guests!
Family members joined Rachel and Daniel for a prayer and blessing before these two were pronounced husband and wife. My husband and I did the same thing for our wedding so this was fun to see!
More super cute ‘UP’ themed details!
I think Rachel liked the cake. :)
Top-right: most fun license signing photo, ever!
I wish you so many happy years or marriage, Rachel and Daniel!

Kellie and Ryan’s day was beautiful.. and an adventure! While shooting indoors isn’t a problem, let’s be honest – I really want to be able to give couples their beautiful green outdoor photos if possible. I’ve photographed many weddings on rainy days, but this one was particularly challenging because the weather kept going back and fourth between clear enough, and full on stormy! We would be outside thinking the rain had passed, and then in a few minutes we would be running inside. Thankfully we were able to capture the images we wanted, and Kelli and Ryan were champions dealing with the sometimes icky weather. In the end, everyone rolled with it, had a great time, and made some great memories. I also loved this day because it is another wedding brought to you by my friend Rita with Premier Planning Services! :) The ceremony at Wayzata Community Church and reception at Interlachen Country Club in Edina. Enjoy the pics!
Kellie is sooooo beautiful.
Lookin’ good, guys!
My 2nd photographer was with the guys. I have no idea what they are all laughing at, but I love these pics!
A first look, staying out of the rain. Kellie and Ryan were just a little excited to see each other!
It was still sprinkling a little, but Kellie and Ryan were champions and powered through it. Not that we couldn’t have packed it up and gone indoors, but look at this setting – we all wanted to grab some outdoor pics because we had such a gorgeous spot for it!
… the gorgeous group of ladies!
I love this pic. It just reads classic.
We had a large bridal party and were dodging between a light sprinkle and an all out rain storm – so we all had to rally together to get the shot. A big shout out to this group for being so corporative so we could make these pics happen!
Off to Wayzata community church to get married! :)
Recessional pics are some of my favorites… I love seeing not only the bride and groom’s smiling faces, but the parents, too!
Lots of classic, elegant, and pretty details coming your way! :)
I realize there are lots and lots of cake cutting pics here… but I just had to many favorite moments and reactions I shared them all. :)
… and I was SO thankful we captured these images! You’d never know by looking at the pics below that it was a very stormy day out prior to the sunset. I’m so glad the clouds parted and we had a little time to sneak away and take these pics, they are some of my favorites!
The reception had great toasts – and was filled with tons of love and laughter!
I think these two photos of Kellie and her dad are just the sweetest!
Once again, thank you to a great team of vendors who pulled together and made this happen!
